Bulwary Książęce, a project to be developed at 11 Księcia Witolda street in Wrocław, was acclaimed as „Poland’s best investment”, or in other words, as 1st of „Best development projects of 2017”. The said ranking is based on the scores of a contest organised by the RynekPierwotny.pl portal. The project BPi Polska also ranked first in the category „Best investment in Wrocław”.
The scores were awarded on the basis of opinions of users of RynekPierwotny.pl portal. More than 24,000 votes were cast by guests of that portal, to select the most attractive projects. Nearly 2,000 projects, currently in execution in 8 of Poland’s largest cities, such as: Warsaw, Cracow, Poznań, Łódź, Wrocław, Katowice, the Tricity and Szczecin, took part in the competition. The projects were evaluated on the basis of three main criteria: Best Location, Best Price and Best Architecture. All votes were counted to select „The Best Development Project”, which turned out to be Bulwary Książęce (The Prince Boulevards).
Bulwary Książęce are to be opened at 11 Księcia Witolda street, at the junction of two arms of the Odra river, on the side of Pomorski Bridge, in the prestigious vicinity of the Wrocław Old Town. The consistent vision of a modern conglomerate, joining the residential function with the accompanying services, provides an urban and architectural connection of the Old Town and the Odra Suburb. The space underneath the residential development will be used as a pedestrian passage, to be built in accordance with the innovative concept of a convenience street mall, with shops, restaurants, cafés and other commercial and utility sites.
Another high-ranking investment in the competition was also that of BPi Polska. The Wola Libre complex, currently in construction at Obozowa street, ranked first in the category „Best investment in Warsaw” and won a distinction in the all-Poland ranking.
This was already the second edition of this contest, held to promote the most interesting investments undertaken by the reliable and experienced developers in Poland.
