wolaRE and Rezydencja Barska Topped Out
BPI Real Estate Poland, ACTEEUM Group and the Prime Contractor CFE Polska topped out the wolaRE housing estate. The completion of the top element was also celebrated at the Rezydencja Barska development site. The ceremonies were held for each project after just ten months since the first spade was put into the ground. The Warsaw development projects are being implemented as scheduled, with their completion being expected in 2020.

wolaRE is a modern six-storey building at 21 Ostroroga Street in Warsaw. It will house 231 residential units with attractive layouts and spaces ranging from 28 to 83 square metres. Each residential unit will be provided with a balcony or loggia. The housing estate fits well into the borough’s development, being BPI Real Estate Poland’s third project in Warsaw’s District of Wola. Previously, buildings called Wola Tarasy and Wola Libre were built in its close vicinity.
Rezydencja Barska is being built in Warsaw’s District of Ochota, at 53 Białobrzeska Street. This cosy building will house 57 perfectly designed residential units varying in space. The top floor will comprise a 150m large apartment, and an additional advantage of the seventh floor is that it will be divided into not more than just four residential units.
The construction of the two projects, wolaRE and Rezydencja Barska, was started in late 2018, and is scheduled to be completed in 2020. Their prime contractor is CFE Polska. The wolaRE project has been developed by BPI Real Estate Poland in cooperation with ACTEEUM Group.
