Launch of the sale of the CZYSTA 4 development in Wrocław
BPI Real Estate Poland has launched the sale of apartments and commercial units in the CZYSTA 4 development. This is the second project by the Belgian developer to be executed in Wrocław, after Bulwary Książęce. The modern development has been designed in the spirit of the 15-minute city concept and sustainable development. It will stand out thanks to, among other things, an internal courtyard, a green roof with a relaxation zone, numerous environmental solutions, and even a coworking space for residents. Most importantly, however, the project is located at the same address as its name, in the very center of the Lower Silesian capital. The construction of the project, which offers 183 apartments and 3 commercial units, has already begun.
BPI Real Estate Poland’s latest development is being built in Wrocław near the Old Town, on the site of a former shopping mall. The developer’s offer will include 183 apartments with various layouts (from 1 to 4 rooms) with attached gardens, balconies or terraces. Each apartment will be equipped with a smart home system. On the underground floor, in addition to a garage hall offering 93 parking spaces, there will be storage units. The project provides numerous amenities for residents such as bike storage, a green roof with a relaxation zone, a reception area and coworking space for remote workers.
“The project responds to the needs of those looking for housing near a variety of functions, services and amenities brought by proximity to the city. The project is designed for dynamic people who need to get around easily and quickly, mostly without a car, and who value reducing their carbon footprint. We are already seeing very strong interest in the project, both among clients looking for an apartment to live in and for investment,” says Wojciech Smolak, Director of the Sales and Marketing Department of BPI Real Estate Poland.
The project did not forget about environmental solutions such as photovoltaic panels, large number of places for bicycles, an irrigation system based on rainwater, nesting boxes for birds, and preservation of most of the trees growing on the site. The project also envisages materials recycling by reusing reclaimed stone façade elements from the previous building, which will be used in the interiors of the new building.
The construction is currently at the earthwork stage and the project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2024. The general contractor is CFE Poland, member of the same Belgian group as BPI Real Estate Poland. The project is financed entirely from the developer’s own funds.
The prices of the apartments in the CZYSTA 4 development offered by BPI Real Estate Poland average PLN 17,500 per square meter.
