BPI Real Estate Poland completes the sales of residential units and the construction of Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław
Bulwary Książęce obtains its occupancy permit. At the same time, all of the residential units in this investment project have been sold. This is the first project BPI Real Estate Poland has run in Wrocław. This marks the completion of the Belgian developer’s construction of the unrivaled complex situated at ul. Księcia Witolda 11. This year BPI Real Estate Poland intends to market roughly 730 residential units in the investment projects nearing completion (Vilda Park in Poznań, Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław, wolaRE and Rezydencja Barska in Warsaw). All of the investment projects run by the property developer are always underwritten using its own funds.
