BPI Real Estate Poland has become the sole investor in wolaRE, a construction project currently underway in Warsaw’s Wola district. Apartments in the property being erected only 10 minutes from downtown Warsaw are very popular among customers. Over 80% of its units have already been sold. The development is scheduled for completion in Q4 2020.
“Since 21 March 2020, BPI Real Estate Poland has been the sole investor in wolaRE. The advanced stage of the project coupled with the noticeable progress of construction work have made the development very popular among customers looking for their own apartment. Our business model is based on the construction of well-designed residential projects in prime locations. For us, wolaRE is not the first project we are developing in Warsaw’s Wola district and I believe that, like the ones we have successfully built here before, it will contribute immensely to elevating the potential of this part of the city,” said Béranger Dumonte, Chief Executive Officer of BPI Real Estate Poland.

wolaRE is a modern 6-story building being constructed at ul. Ostroroga 21 in Warsaw. It will contain 231 thoughtfully laid-out residential units ranging from 28 to 83 square meters (approx. 300 to 900 square feet). Each apartment will have a balcony or loggia. The design of this residential development blends in with the district’s architectural style. It is the third construction project executed by BPI Real Estate Poland in the Wola district of Poland’s capital. The previous ones were Wola Tarasy and Wola Libre, both of them built in the immediate vicinity of wolaRE.
The district of Wola has over 140,000 residents* and is undergoing rapid growth, experiencing an architectural renaissance of sorts. The number of skyscrapers in the district keeps increasing, changing its silhouette into what may be dubbed ‘Warsaw’s Manhattan’. The wolaRE project is a perfect place for people who enjoy urban lifestyle. The development’s location of only 4 km from the city center ensures proximity to all the hustle and bustle and excellent public transport options are available for residents to reach the center in less than 10 minutes. An additional advantage of this location is the ease of access to the district’s own rich cultural offering as well as that of the rest of the country’s capital coupled with the significant potential for the development of service infrastructure.
The construction of wolaRE started in December 2018 and is proceeding as planned. Currently, fit-out and installation works are in progress, with the completion of the project expected by the end of 2020. The general contractor is CFE Polska.

Apart from wolaRE, the developer is also executing another construction project in Warsaw, namely Rezydencja Barska in the Ochota district at ul. Białobrzeska. In its portfolio, BPI Real Estate Poland also has other interesting projects in the largest cities of Poland. In Poznań, the construction of Vilda Park at ul. Droga Dębińska has just been completed, while in Wrocław, a mixed-use complex, Bulwary Książęce, is being erected.
